It makes for a deliciously clean but comforting cuppa with warming aromas.Rooibos tea has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and muscle relaxant properties which are vital to keep the body healthy. USE: 2-3 grams per 200 ml at 95ºC and let stand for 4-5 minutes.
