1. Definitions

“We”, “us”, “our” refers to Nost High Foods Ltd 

“Products” refers to our herbs, teas, supplements, and any related goods sold through our website.

“Services” refers to nutrition consultancy sessions, wellness workshops, courses, or any other professional advice provided by us.

“You” or “Customer” refers to the individual or business purchasing products or services from us.

2. Business & Consumer Customers

These terms apply differently depending on whether you are a consumer or a business:

You are a consumer if you purchase products or services for personal use only (not for business resale or trade).

If you are a business customer, these terms form the entire agreement between us. You confirm that you have not relied on any other statement, representation, or promise outside this contract.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Your order is accepted once we confirm it via email or order confirmation.

We will let you know when to expect delivery of your products or, in the case of consultancy/workshops, the scheduled date of your session.

How can I change the address or phone number in Order?

If you wish to change the address or phone, you can connect us at mail.mosthighfoods@gmail.com within 24 hours of order placement. If your order is not shipped, our team shall make the necessary changes. You cannot change the address once the order is shipped.

ORDER PROCESS & TRACKING

You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until you click the Submit Order button. When we accept and process your order, we will send you an e-mail with the order number and tracking details.

Alternatively, we may decline all or part of your order for any reason, in which case we will notify you as soon as practicable.

4. Delivery of Products

We aim to deliver within 30 days of accepting your order.

Ownership of goods passes to you once full payment is received. Responsibility for the goods passes to you once delivery is completed.

Shipping Policy

DELIVERY & POSTAGE CHARGES

We will process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section, however, delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.

UK EXPRESS : Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery via Royal Mail, Evri or DHL.

UK STANDARD: Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery via Royal Mail, Evri or DHL.

**During our sale periods, delivery times can increase due to a larger volume of orders. Delivery may take up to 5-6 working days. **

EUROPE & REST OF THE WORLD: Please allow 7-10 working days for deliveries

Pricing for overseas shipment will vary between countries and will be calculated using the information on the weight and size of the package.

**IMPORTANT** When shipping outside of the UK, Customs charges and taxes may apply that you will need to pay directly. Please check these requirements with the relevant authority before placing an order.

We take no responsibility for the payment of these charges.

5. Workshops & Consultancy Services

Workshops or consultancy sessions will take place on the arranged date.

If we need to reschedule, we will inform you by email or telephone. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you are entitled to a full refund if your appointment is cancelled 24hours before your appointment/workshop.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

You do not have a general right to cancel if:

Products once they have been opened/unsealed for health and safety reasons.

Consultancy sessions or workshops once they have been completed, or where you have waived your cancellation rights.

We may, at our discretion, allow you to reschedule or cancel a workshop/consultancy session. Please contact customer services in advance to request this.

Refunds (where applicable) will be made to the original payment method, minus any reasonable deductions.

Returns & Refund Policy

We are confident you will be happy with your purchase. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or faulty, please e-mail us mail.mosthighfoods@gmail.com or call our Customer Services team on 07956100031 between 10 am-4pm, UK time, Monday to Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays). We will ask you to return the product and, within 14 working days of our receipt of the returned goods, will refund money back to your credit or debit card. 

Any refund due to a damaged of the product will include reimbursement of the applicable delivery charges.

If you are not completely happy with your product for any other reason, you may return the product to us within 30 working days of receipt IN ORIGINAL CONDITION for a full refund,but we cannot reimburse the cost of returning the product.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by the customer – In case we receive a cancellation request within 24 hours of order placement and the order has not been processed by us, we shall cancel the order immediately and refund the entire amount back in the same mode of payment through which the order was placed. The refund process will take a maximum of 3-6 working days.

Cancellation by mosthighfoods.com – Under certain circumstances it might not be possible for us to accept an order and we may be compelled to cancel the same. 

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our sole discretion. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

We may also ask for additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after you are charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your merchant account in the next ledger closing cycle, which is run every 7 working days.

7. Health Disclaimer

Our products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Our nutrition consultancy and advice are for educational and informational purposes only and should not replace medical advice from your GP, consultant, or other healthcare professional.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition, or are taking medication, please consult a healthcare professional before using our products or acting on our advice.

By purchasing our products or services, you confirm you understand and accept these limitations.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any indirect, special, or consequential loss (including loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, or business) arising from the use of our products or services.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

For business customers, our total liability under this contract is limited to the total fees paid.

9. Use of Site

You agree not to:

Harass or abuse others via email, chat, or any other form.

Upload or share unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or harmful content.

Use the site to promote or solicit commercial services outside of our platform.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, product descriptions, and consultancy materials remain the property of [Your Business Name] and cannot be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

11. Data Protection

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law. Consumers outside England and Wales may rely on their local consumer protection laws.

Each section of these Terms stands alone. If one part is found unenforceable, the rest remain valid.

We may assign our rights to another entity. You may not transfer your rights without our written consent.
