Do you feel that something is ‘off' about your health or wellbeing, but you are lost a sea of conflicting advice and don't know how or where to start?
As a qualified Registered Association Nutritionist (ANutr), I can help you not just to make sense of your particular health concern, but you help build a customised roadmap towards a healthier and happier you. My evidence-based approach can be adapted to suit your specific needs, whether you are looking for general guidance or require support for a pre-existing condition.
My approach as a nutritional consultant is borne not just from my BSc Honours in Human Nutrition and Health, but my own story with sickle cell anaemia.
After attempting to address with my condition with immorally-marketed fad products, I did my own research into holistic nutrition and began making gradual tweaks to my own diet. Over time, I was able to drastically reduce the severity of my symptoms and loosen the grip it has over my life – Without the need for expensive health products and marketing scams.
Like I tell my clients, I was my own research paper.
This motivated me to undertake a diploma with the Health Science Academy, leading me down the path towards founding Most High Foods.
Building off my experiences, I offer a two-stage approach to my nutritional consultations.
This is your opportunity to get to know me and, in turn, for me to get to know you and your concerns. We'll go through a number of questions to understand your current situation, including:
Based on this information, I'll create a personalised plan tailored to your needs and goals. This may involve:
From here, all our following sessions will monitor your progress, how you're feeling and consider any tweaks we can make to optimise your results.

Registered Nutritionists work with individuals who have pre-existing medical conditions by collaborating with the healthcare professional who managing health conditions and supporting and giving advice on nutritional treatments and management that is not in contraindication with any dietary management of medical condition.
Registered Nutritionists work with acutely ill patients in the support of their nutritional management or treatment if they are practicing within a multi-disciplinary team and the management/treatment is under the close supervision of a regulated health professional such as a medical doctor or dietitian.
Any and all – You don’t need a diagnosis or a doctor’s note to work with me.
Whether you know you have a specific issue (either a chronic condition like diabetes or a less specific issue like poor gut microbiome health) or a particular health concern you want to address (Always feeling tired, food sensitivities, poor sleep quality, etc), my background and knowledge means I’ll be able to help.
You do not. However, I would always recommend that you inform your GP about your decision to work with me, or any other nutrition professional.
